These are machine embroidered bracelets made by another favorite textile artist Karen Howse. I love how you can display buttons you love as jewelery.
Next piece is felted brooch with silk cocoon by Annie Huntly from Room for Threads.
Annie from Room For Threads has a small business in Palm Beach, QLD. She teaches felting, embroidery and both combined and regularly inspires me. She sells my wool but it's what she does with it that gobsmacks me. Her felt is so soft and beautifully made. I'm glad she is doing kits. I don't think anyone has ever told her what she can't do with felt so she just does it with lovely results. Still not doing anything this week except recovering.
